    Enjoy daily practices that will vary from vinyasa, yin, and meditative flows to higher-intensity strength-building movements. Additionally, Leanna and Maya will team up to lead meaningful workshops + meditations that will allow you to reconnect, grow and learn. Expect to have fun, find freedom and create more space to hear your intuition.  


    Every day will bring you new inspiration and motivation. You will have plenty of time to treat yourself to a massage, relax by the pool, walk along the beach, and more importantly, connect with like-minded people.

    About Us

    Yoga & Wellness Retreats

    Awaken to Life Retreats is founded by Leanna Lapidus, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Maya Gorodetsky, Master Yoga Teacher a mother-and-daughter duo. Together we provide a unique transformational experience.  


    Our workshops are designed to connect you deeper to your purpose, intuition and true self. With Leanna’s guidance participants were able to create memorable connections with themselves and each other. Experience the bliss of intentional living, learning how to reframe your thoughts and healing your inner child. 


    Daily yoga practices vary between vinyasa, yin, and meditative flows to higher intensity strength-building movements led by master teacher Maya Gorodetsky. Other group activities include beach walks, bonfires, and dancing. 


    This retreat is for anyone who wants to unlock the power of their mind, body and soul. We will provide the tools for you to live a life of joy, abundance, and purpose.

    Maya Gorodetsky

    After graduating high school Maya completed her first yoga certification at the young age of 19. Having grown up dancing her love of movement flowed naturally into the world of yoga and fitness. Her love of the practice stems from her passion to make others feel their best using intellectual sequencing and movement style. Now sitting on five years of teaching, and leading 10+ yoga teacher training,  Maya is thrilled to welcome you into the endless possibility that is mind/body connection.

    Leanna Lapidus

    Leanna is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Addiction Specialist and Spiritual Counselor in practice for over a decade. Leanna teaches how to experience freedom from bad habits, anxiety, and negative thinking by stepping into your highest self.  

    Leanna believes that each individual is the expert of their own life, and has the inner wisdom to find their own answers.  She provides guidance and support to help her clients uncover and process these answers, and to aid in the journey of self-discovery.   

    Leanna's methods and techniques which have been collected and perfected for over a decade - will give you a new perspective, and offer tools for never before seen growth and peace. Her teaching style is interactive and will leave you feeling renewed and inspired.

    Sample Schedule

    Morning

    Each day will consist of a new detailed schedule.

    Morning Movement

    8:45 am

    this can range from a gentle morning flow, to something focused on fitness

    Breakfast

    10:00 am

    Enjoy local organic meals in the dining area, or grab a juice/smoothie from the beach bar.

    Mindfulness Workshop

    11:30 am

    These daily workshops will alternate between personal growth and healing activities to group work.


    Afternoon

    Lunch

    Free Time

    3:30 pm

    Use this time to connect, rest in solitude, or spoil yourself with a spa treatment, use the kayaks or SUP'S available to you. You may also take advantage or the nearby towns, excursions and local resources. 

    Dinner

    Group Activity

    8:30 pm

    These evening group activities will happen a few times throughout the week and might include evening bonfire, dance class, village walk, etc.
